We integrate spiritual, mental, and emotional healing practices to help you find your voice and embrace your purpose. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our 1:1 Strategy Sessions package. We value your commitment to personal and professional growth. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund policy outlined below: Refund Policy: Full Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase and have not yet scheduled or attended any sessions. Non-Refundable Situations: - Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice or attempt to reschedule will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Policy: In the event you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. There is a 15 minute grace period if you are running late but please communicate that via email or the booking will be canceled. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or rescheduling in these cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at info@girlspeaklife.com with your purchase details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request. Disclosure: It's important for both of us to be clear about the nature of our relationship and the services I provide. I want to emphasize that I am not a certified life coach or a licensed therapist. While I am committed to supporting you, my role differs from that of a certified professional. My personal life experience, ministerial experience, background in education and counseling, and Masters degree in Professional Development w/ a Specialization in Christian Counseling is what has pushed me to provide this service.
